Small enough that the same person remembers your last set.
Most salons are built to move people through. This one is built around a short book and unhurried appointments, which is why the lash map you liked last time is still on file and the shape of your nails does not need explaining twice.
Six services sit under one roof so a single visit can cover more than one thing. Brows and lashes together. Nails while a treatment sets. It saves a second trip across town, which for most customers is the real cost.

The class is one to one, on your own face, using the products already in your bag. We fix what is not working before anything new gets bought.

Nails that survive the second week.
Gel manicure, pedicure, extensions and hand-painted art. Most sets that lift early lift because the prep was rushed, so that is where the time goes here.

Prep first, colour second.
Cuticles are worked back rather than cut away, the nail plate is dehydrated properly and the base is capped at the free edge. It is the unglamorous part and it is the reason a set lasts.

Classic, hybrid and volume extensions. The map is drawn on your own lash line first, because the same set on a different eye shape is what makes extensions look heavy.
What is included
Three sets, and an honest answer about which one suits you.
Volume is not automatically better. If your natural lashes are fine, a heavy set will pull, so the recommendation is made from what is on your lid rather than from what is trending.

Two hours, one face, no audience.
We start by going through your existing bag and separating what suits you from what was bought on a recommendation. Then you apply, and every step is corrected in the mirror while you can still see what changed.

The session

What you own, what suits your skin and colouring, and what is quietly working against you.

Base and brows
Shade matching, how much is enough, and brow shape that matches the face you already have.

Eyes and colour
Placement for your eye shape, blush height, and the two or three looks you will actually repeat.

Do it yourself
You run the whole routine unaided while we watch and correct. That last part is the one that makes it stick.

Brows drawn to the way your hair already grows.
Fine hair strokes, mapped to your bone structure and your own growth direction. A touch-up appointment is built into the price, because the first session is never the finished result.

Shape agreed in pencil before anything permanent happens.
The shape is drawn on and looked at in a mirror first. Nothing starts until you have seen it on your own face and said yes, because this is the one service you cannot wash off that evening.

The process
What actually happens, and when.
01
Consultation
Shape, colour and technique agreed. Anyone unsuitable for the treatment is told so here rather than sold to.
02
The session
Two to three hours. They will look darker and sharper than the final result, and that is expected.
03
Healing
Ten to fourteen days of flaking and lightening. Written aftercare goes home with you.
04
Touch-up
At four to six weeks, once healed. This is where the shape is perfected, and it is already paid for.

Four things the price already covers.

Removal
Soaking off an old set is free whenever a new one is booked in the same appointment. It is only charged on its own.

The brow touch-up
Embroidery is quoted with the four to six week touch-up already inside it. It is not a second appointment you pay for later.

The quote
Nail art and brow cover-ups are quoted from your photo before you come, so the number you are told is the number you pay.
04
No counter surprises
Nothing is added while you are in the chair. If something needs more time than quoted, you are told before it starts, not after.
